We aim to ship as quickly as possible. If you are in the mainland UK, we expect delivery to be between 2 – 3 days. Unless events out of our control occur.
Whatever the issue is, get in touch as quickly as you can and we will try to resolve it with you.
If you have any of the items in the “Swing Opener” category, then there is a 2 years manufacturer parts warranty. 4 year warranty is available on select items.
Find your model on our support centre page and you will be able to find all documentation associated with it, including the fitting guide.
Stops are a physical barrier that prevents the gates from travelling past the desired angle in both the open and closed position. They can be made of wood, stone, concrete, metal, etc. As long as it is strong enough, it can be made of anything.
The motors use timing to go between the two stops, during the install this is adjusted on the control board. The aim is that the gates slow down before the stop, hit it and then over run by approximately three seconds to wind the motor in to the stops.
All of our mechanisms have a manual override on them to allow normal use.
The average range of the remotes is dependent on the environment, 50 meters is common.
The capacitor placement can be found in the fitting guide or manual for all swing opener systems.
Please check in the manual and identify the code that has appeared, then if you cannot solve it, get in touch and we should be able to help.
Depending on the length of the gate these openers at the longest gate length of 4 meters can move a gate of 300kg. Something to be considered is the strength of wind, if there is extremely strong wind then caution should be used when deciding whether to use the openers or not, especially if the gates are fully boarded (A.K.A Sail Gates).
The control boards do not have much spare power left for third-party accessories. It is best to get an independent transformer and power it from there.
A push-to-make button needs to be connected between 1 & 8 on the control board. This is the same for the accessories, however the pins can only be connected to a “NO Zero-Volt Relay” on the accessory that holds for about a second.
Photocells are a safety device to prevent the gates from opening or shutting on anything that is breaking their IR beam. For instance, if you have a pull to open system, external photocells would prevent the gates shutting if there were a blocking the beam. Alternatively, internal photocells would prevent the gates from opening if there were an obstacle on the inside of the gate swing.
In most cases yes, as long as the accessory has a “NO relay” in it that holds for around 1 second, then this should be compatible. However, an independent power supply will be needed.
- To use the lock, you must activate “L0” on the control board. Also, to assist in its function set “F2” to 1.0. This will provide a one second pulse of full power to help push the lock into the keep.
The system can handle up to 99 remotes as standard. This can be increased with additional modules. For large amounts of access systems required we suggest looking into our keypad, or another third party entry module i.e. Intercom
Yes, the position of the gate on the pier is in most cases irrelevant. The important and crucial aspect is the distance from the gate hinge pin in relation to the back of the ram pivoting pin.
- Yes, the ram and articulated style systems will not operate properly without stops. Not using stops will also significantly reduce the life of the system. The sub system has inbuilt stops so does not require physical external stops.

The standard opening angles available are 90 degrees and 100 degrees. This is set by trigonometry to enable the movement of the gate correctly. The correct measurements for this can be found in the fitting guide.
Yes, that is one of the two ways these motors can be mounted, if you take a look at our swing gate fitting guide it explains with a diagram the difference between mounting positions for the ram.
The NEO has a manual release lock situated on the front of the device. This can be released with the supplied key.

Yes, this ram must have physical stops for the gate to hit against in both the open and closed positions. This not only protects the rams from running to the end of its travel, it also allows smooth and consistent performance.
Yes, our systems allow for third party GSM, WIFI and Bluetooth controllers to be connected to it. This is achieved by connecting a 'Normally Open' relay in the third party module, providing a 1 second pulse to terminals 1 and 8 on our control board, for normal operation.
